Frustrating for my son with Autism

This app freezes all the time on my sons iPad & it is causing him great distress as he wont let me delete it. PLEASE take note of your reviews & fix the problem ASAP with an update as its awful to see my son so upset with frustration :( Id love to know if the people that are NOT having problems are using an
iPad 3 as we are?
